On October 31, 2022, the Fairfield County ADAMH Board welcomed Dawn Good as the clinical care coordinator. Dawn has held clinical roles with various community stakeholders, such as Fairfield Medical Center where she led the Emergency Services Crisis Team and coordinated the Project DAWN Naloxone grant as well as New Horizons Mental Health Services where she played an integral part in starting their crisis community response programming. All together she brings over 20 years of direct care service experience.

Dawn earned her BSSW from The Ohio State University and Master of Science, Social Work from The University of New England. Dawn is a licensed social worker and certified case manager; she is working toward independent licensure. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys listening to podcasts, thrifting, and spending time with family and friends. Dawn is an enthusiastic Buckeye and a lifelong Steelers fan who loves to host gameday watch parties.

Dawn will be responsible for oversight of the clinical programs provided by the ADAMH Board’s Network of Care Agencies. She will manage the quality assurance and utilization review processes in accordance with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services’ requirements. In addition, she will serve as the agency’s client’s rights officer and clinical C.I.T. liaison. Dawn is looking forward to engaging the community in a new way. She says her goal is to “co-create programming that fills the gaps and effectively addresses the behavioral health needs of all Fairfield County residents.”
