Appointed a member of the Fairfield County ADAMH Board in March 2021, John Warner, sergeant at the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office, earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology and psychology from Capital University and a master’s degree of science in criminal justice with a concentration in criminal behavior from Tiffin University. He is married with two children, and his hobbies include: playing the guitar and dobro, fishing and target shooting, and crafting wood. In addition to the ADAMH Board, John is a Craftsman at Lodge 670 in Canal Winchester and a member of the Walnut Chapter #172 of the Royal Arch Masons of Ohio. Since 2012, he has organized and coordinated the “Run Your ‘Stache Off 5K/1K” to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. John says, “I have held service-oriented positions in Fairfield County since 2007 and have always looked for additional ways to serve the community. Through my work, I have seen the impact and importance of ADAMH in our community and would love to assist in the continued efforts of the organization.” While an ADAMH Board member, he wants to make a positive impact on as many aspects and areas as he can given the scope of his involvement.
