Letisha (Tisha) Leach


MSN, RN, CNP

Appointed a member of the Fairfield County ADAMH Board in September 2021, Letisha Leach owns Five Points Recovery, LLC, where she works as a nurse practitioner. Her educational background is extensive with a bachelor’s degree in science for nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University, a master’s degree of science in nursing from Otterbein University, and a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Tisha plans to complete Northern Kentucky University’s Post Master’s Psych Mental Health NP Certification program later in 2021. Tisha has two Weimaraners named Jaxyn and Irie, and her hobbies include: improving her home, driving her Jeep, shooting at a range, attending country concerts, and reading medical research. In addition to the ADAMH Board, Tisha is president and treasurer of Arrow’s Path of Five Points Recovery, her own nonprofit associated with her practice. She says, “I have a passion for improving mental health and substance abuse services and care, and I have been able to establish my practice in Franklin County but wanted to be able to do something for the communities that I live in.” While an ADAMH Board member, Tisha’s goals include improving the lives in the communities of Fairfield County, ensuring that communities are aware of services available, making sure that services offered are appropriate, and improving the services that are available.
