Baylie Blevins is a dedicated public health professional currently serving as the Director of Health Promotion and Planning at the Fairfield County Health Department. Baylie received her Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from The University of Akron in 2020, along with a certificate in Geographic and Land Information Systems. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management.

An active member of her community, Baylie serves on the Young Professionals of Fairfield County Steering Committee and volunteers in various capacities such as: Destination Downtown Lancaster, Community Emergency Response Team and the Medical Reserve Corps. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma, as a Green Belt and in Adult Mental Health First Aid.

Baylie has been a Fairfield County resident for 3 years and is dedicated to ensuring mental health and addiction services are accessible and held to a high standard of quality. “I truly believe Fairfield County has an incredibly resourceful community and the potential to achieve a healthier, and more supportive mental health landscape for all people who live and work in Fairfield County”, says Blevins. When Baylie is not working or volunteering, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
