Michelle Duncan, LICDC, LISW

Michelle Duncan has been a resident of Fairfield County since 2011 and is the owner of Limitless Counseling Services LLC. She practices locally and provides outpatient mental health and substance abuse services to individuals, couples, and families. Michelle has dual bachelor's degrees in criminology/sociology and a master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University. She also completed advanced coursework in mental health/addiction/development disabilities at Columbus State Community College. Michelle has over 15 years of experience working in correctional, hospital, nonprofit, community mental health/substance use disorder, and educational settings. She was appointed by The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to serve on the ADAMH Board as of September 23, 2021, and believes it to be an “honor and privilege to be able to serve the community.” When Michelle is not busy helping others, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and dog traveling, camping, golfing, and fishing.
