The Future 24-unit Apartment Complex
In May, the Fairfield County ADAMH Board officially broke ground for two structures located on Venture Place in Lancaster.
The ADAMH Board was pleased to have over 100 in attendance at the event with community leaders offering support in anticipation of the new facilities. Emily Clegg. the regional representative from the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health and Erin Reed, the Director of Recovery Ohio from the Governor's office, both provided insight as well as appreciation to everyone involved in Fairfield County to make this project come to fruition.
The apartment building will consist of 24 units and provide housing for individuals with mental health needs who are unsheltered or at risk of losing shelter. On site services will be delivered by Lutheran Social Services Faith Mission.
The Center of Hope provides programming, support, skill building and activities to individuals who are in recovery due to mental health and/or substance use disorders.
