Presented by the Ohio High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, Street Smart Ohio is a program for adults. The goal is to provide current and up-to-date narcotics information on trends, terminology, paraphernalia, and physiological effects to individuals who deal with today's youth on a daily basis.
